Wounded Bird Consultation Service: An Initial Retainer will be required sufficient to cover round trip usually business class travel to and from client destination, lodging and meal expenses. Dr. Gordon usually travels with 1 corporate officer. Anticipate 1 week of meetings with government and stakeholders for site visits and to determine needs, priority, budget, funding and sustainability of project(s). Time spent in meetings and meeting preparation, will be billed at $200/hr.USD., and will commence only after retainer is received. Legal, actuarial, and or accounting expenses from outside sources (if any) will be revealed in advance and billed separately by said party. If a project is declared to be non viable, or once the consultation phase is completed, all work and billing will cease. Bill payment terms to Wounded Bird are net 30 days. It is expected that a services agreement with Wounded Bird be signed prior to the official commencement of work.
Gordon Healthcare Technologies Service: If GHT is selected to produce a facility, or oversee production done by some other client- selected vendor on behalf of client, a series of periodic On Site or TEAM video consultations will be required to review & verify project scope (renovation vs new construction), facility size, capabilities, and review of construction regulation and method in compliance with established budget. Consultation regarding equipment & supply chain needs, scope of personnel training and oversight (if desired) will be billed at hourly rate of $200/hr.USD. There will be no add -on fees to the cost of equipment. Considerable time will be spent locating discounted new or "demo" equipment, and time spent in so doing will be billed at hourly rate. Actual personnel training and oversight costs TBD. Bill payment to GHT terms are net 30 days.
Outside party consultations and other project costs including architectural, engineering, construction and delivery costs will be reviewed & verified by Dr. Gordon/GHT, before being billed to client separately by said parties. Cost of billing and work reviews by GHT will be billed at hourly rate. It is expected that a services agreement with GHT be signed prior to the official commencement of work.
